A period of reflection regarding a potential orientation toward medicine (where I began revising medical courses and preparing clinical observations, detailed in my Medical Studies Project), which provided the opportunity to build a strong tech and AI culture through self-learning, prototyping, and AI-assisted coding.
- Machine Learning, Computer Vision & AI: Followed Coursera ML Specialization, image analysis of fungal cultures (OpenCV, YOLO), local LLMs (Ollama, HuggingFace), and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Web Scraping & Data Pipelines: Fitness data extraction with Playwright, content parsing with MinerU and Beautiful Soup, integrated via Neo4j and RAG.
- Infrastructure & Automation: N8N workflows, Docker, VPS deployment, and GitHub Actions.
- Development & Scientific Publishing: Swift iOS app (Supabase), Rust/C (exploratory), Quarto, Typst, and Marimo reactive Python notebooks.
MSc Research Intern – Bioinformatics & Microbial Ecology

MSc Research Intern – Plant Phenotyping & Growth-Defense Trade-offs

Developed semi-automated phenotyping of apple trees using robotic imaging to analyze growth-defense trade-offs, including monitoring of growth and resistance to Erwinia amylovora.
